How to control the lights on your phone：
Step 1: Download the App “TuyaSmart”

Step 3: Connect the lights, then initialize the lights by ( plugging the adapter into the receiver 3 times or holding the "ON" button on remote ) until the lights start flashing.
Step 4: Open the app and click “+” to add device
